The I Am Here Wheel of Shadows

 

This exercise is to find freedom associating with shadow content.

1. Connect with the Felt Sense of a shadow in or around yourself. It might come with a sense of dread, disgust, or aversion.

2. Spin the wheel ONCE and write down the form you'll be working with.

3. Take some time to play out that archetype - in your imagination and physically.

  • How would they eat?
  • In which position would they sleep?
  • How would they walk through the street in public?
  • How would they look in the mirror?

4. In what way could the energy of this shadow serve you? 

5. Journal anything at all that you notice, (also physically).
