The Sense of Wellbeing is often present through our suffering.
When we suffer, ill-being, we are the well-being that is suffering the affliction.
Wellbeing includes the allowance of the qualities of True Nature, bliss, love, happiness, peace, relaxation, to name a few.
It is a primal drive that becomes blocked by self-interest and division from the whole - as if there were such a thing as private wellbeing.
Because wellbeing arises from the dimension of wholeness, it must always include a sharing of wellbeing with the whole - either through compassionate wish, or through celebration of the good fortune of "others".
