Day 1: the Heart as an Organ of Consciousness
Georgi opens the journey with a reiteration of how the heart is our central faculty of feeling. It is a sensory faculty, just like the eyes or ears. She shows how we block perception through grasping and aversion and how this limits our ability to feel what we feel. This limitation blocks the center of psychospiritual integration in processes of trauma, healing, and self-realization.

Day 2: Jacob's Ladder: Opening the Mind
Bart explains Jacob's Ladder - the vertical pathway of mind. This includes the dimensions of Consciousness, Choice, Attitude, Belief, Judgment, Habit, and Reflex. These move down the body, but also from the pre-frontal cortex through to the brain stem. The opening of these pathways supports the centering in the heart - the dimension of direct sensory experience.

Day 3: Stages of Trauma
An exploration of the stages of trauma - as translated into the sensory experiences on the pathways of the heart. This is from the original traumatic content and shock (1st wave), through to energies such as denial, guilt and invalidation (secondary waves). These sensory afflictions block the pathway of the heart and contribute to a post-traumatic normal ("traumalization") in which our feeling capacity is reduced, to be replaced by mental subterfuge.

Day 4: The Collective Separate Self
Bart shows how many of the pathways of the heart and limitations of the personality are acquired through the collective. Together this affirms and fixates the sense of reality, obstructing the flow of consciousness and true nature through the psyche.

Day 5: Primal Drives & the "Flippening"
Georgi introduces the seven primal psychic drives of Reality, Freedom, Manifestation, Harmony, Wholeness, Peace, and Wellbeing. The "flippening" principle of healing that occurs at zero distance is also discussed.
