In this module, we work with techniques to open the vertical flow of consciousness and Nondual Qualities - found in the movements of prayer, surrender on the one hand, and deep rest and grounding on the other. This flow helps release the vagal nerve, allowing rest and arousal to sync easily for embodied core of trauma healing.
Topics covered include:
- Work with dissociation and states of shock.
- Depth understanding of identity switching between personality patterns (including physiology)Ā
- Freedom in form - work with conflicts between Nondual Qualities in the psyche
- The power of movement: slow motion, fast-forward, and freeze-frame.
- The healing power of naturalness in the vertical flow
