In this module, we work with techniques to open the vertical flow of consciousness and Nondual Qualities - found in the movements of prayer, surrender on the one hand, and deep rest and grounding on the other. This flow helps release the vagal nerve, allowing rest and arousal to sync easily for embodied core of trauma healing.
Topics covered include:
- Work with "Out of Body" states and hidden mystical resources.
- Nondual understanding ofĀ DID and Depersonalization
- Conflicts between Nondual Qualities in the psyche (spiritual conflicts)
- As above, so below. The transformative and restorative power of naturalness in the vertical flow
